Admissions
Derbyshire County Council is the admissions authority for our school. All applications for school places should be made through www.derbyshire.gov.uk.
Our pupil admission number (PAN) is 50; we can take up to 50 children in each year group.
We have a 2 year old nursery and a 3 and 4 year old nursery and applications for both of these are through our school office on 01246 234727
When admitting children into our nursery we use the following admissions criteria
- Children in Care who are 'Looked After' at the time of application.
- Children living in the catchment area at the time of application and have a brother or sister attending Spire
- Children living in the catchment area at the time of application
- Children living outside of the catchment area at the time of application and have older brothers or sisters attending Spire
- Children whose primary daytime carer is living in the catchment area at the time of application
- Other children whose parents have requested a place
